Click and Collect
Orders placed for Click and Collect will be ready for collection from Wahoo, 8-10 Dogs Head Street, Ipswich IP4 1AD. Orders will be prepared for collection as soon as possible after they are received subject to opening hours as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 9.30am til 5.30pm
Sunday: 10.30pm til 4.00pm
Your item should be in stock as we run the website from our current stock but if your item is temporarily out of stock, we will try our best to get it in for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
From 4th Jan 2011 all goods will have 20% VAT included in the price. Except international orders outside the EU which are vat free.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a manufacturers guarantee which vary from 3 months to 2 years depending on the product chosen. Please contact us for more information.

WAHOO do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Whilst prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice. We will endeavour to inform you of any changes.
To be awarded Woo Points, account holders must purchase qualifying products in a single transaction. The amount of Woo Points awarded may change and will vary depending on the products bought, the amount spent.
Woo Points will not be awarded for non-qualifying products eg Gift Cards. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Wahoo.
Account holders can earn a maximum of 10,000 Woo Points.
Wahoo may set a limit on the number of times Woo Points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional Woo Points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of the scheme.
Wahoo is entitled to remove Woo Points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent Woo Points value.
Woo Points awarded at the time of the transaction may be removed or cancelled if Wahoo determines that the Woo Points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
Woo Points have no value except when redeemed against qualifying products. The current conversion value of Woo Points is one Woo Point equals 2.5 penny’s.
Wahoo is under no obligation to award Woo Points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.
Woo Points are currently only awarded and only redeemable for purchases made online, not instore.
