You have 7 working days to cancel your order starting from the day after receipt of the goods.
It is advised that you inform us of any cancellation by email. Take reasonable care of all of the goods, as you have to send them all back in good condition (but not necessarily in the same packaging). You are also responsible for the payment of the return delivery.
Wahoo will give a full refund within 30 days, including cost of delivery to you
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or unfit for purpose please contact us ASAP to arrange a replacement or Refund. We will advise on which method of return postage to use and the cost of this will also be refunded.
